  • Open to anyone aged 18 or over living in the Republic of Ireland. No purchase needed.
  • Entries close at 11:59pm on Monday 2 November 2026. Entries after that won't be counted.
  • Debbie picks the winner from the nominations, based on what you tell us in the form. The winner is announced on our Instagram on Tuesday 3 November and contacted by email or Instagram message.
  • Prize: one Well-Nest Monthly Reset box for the winner and one for the friend they nominate, posted free to addresses in the Republic of Ireland. No cash alternative.
  • If we don't hear back from the winner within 7 days, we'll choose another winner.
