We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, pyjamas, socks, and personal-care items are non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping within Ireland is €2.95 (standard, not tracked).
If a customer wants tracked delivery, an additional €10 applies.

Subscription boxes follow the same rates:
€2.95 within Ireland (extra for tracked) /
€10 to the UK (not tracked) or €15 tracked.
