Refund policy

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery, in line with your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, pyjamas, socks, and personal-care items are exempt from the right of withdrawal and are non-returnable once opened.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at wellnessnlovebaskets@hotmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
