What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, pyjamas, socks, and personal-care items are non-returnable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping within Ireland is €2.95, using a tracked service for safety and transparency. As above
UK Shipping: €15 tracked.
Subscription boxes follow the same rates: €2.95 within Ireland / €10 to the UK.
